Unopened items may be returned or exchanged for up to 30 days from the purchase date at your own postage cost. The necessary purchase proof and documents must be provided along with the unopened product to qualify for a return or exchange.

Unfortunately we do not offer any returns of exchanges on opened items or items that have gone past the 30 day period of purchase. We reserve the right to deduct the standard shipping fee ($12.99) plus a redirection and/or restocking fee for any refund issued due to change of mind.

Please note, a redirection with our courier can take up to 3 days to arrange. Should your canceled or redirected parcel be delivered within this time frame, additional fees may apply.  

My Supplement Store does not accept refunds for change of mind on clearance items or sale items discounted. Clearance and sale items can be returned to Xplosion Supplements store for an exchange or online gift card.
